This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.475 of 2017 on the file of the Fast Track Court No.II at Magisterial Level, Erode. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the complaint in S.T.C.No.475 of 2017 itself has been dismissed by the trial Court on 03.07.2019, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
