TEEKAA RAMAN,J., (Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.,) Though the Habeas Corpus Petition was disposed of by this Court on 01.10.2019, on the mentioning made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been taken up today. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a Caesarean Operation was done two days back and the wife of the Life Convict viz., Aslam has delivered a baby. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that by Order dated 01.10.2019, leave was granted for a period of ten (10) days, commencing from 05.10.2019, but, as there is no body to take care of the wife of the Life Convict, the leave may please be extended for four (4) more days. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also acknowledged the fact and stated that a child was born to the wife of the life convict.

In view of the above, we are inclined to extend the leave already granted to the life convict, viz., Aslam, for four

(4) more days, commencing from 15.10.2019. The Convict shall return back to Prison at 05.00 p.m on 18.10.2019. 5.

Registry is directed to list this matter "For Reporting Compliance" on 21.10.2019.
