O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to consider his application dated 28.05.2024 seeking survey of the land in respect of S.No.166/2A & 166/3, to an extent of 6.47 Acres, situated at No.74, Krishnapuram Village, Ganagavalli Taluk, Salem District.

2. The petitioner has submitted an on-line application on 28.05.2024 seeking to survey the land and fix boundary stones and the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that on-line application of the petitioner for survey of land will be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2/4

respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 28.05.2024 and pass final orders, after issuing notice to all interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
