Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to executing the sureties in Crl.M.P.No.12316/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10796/2021 order dated 29/11/2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioners for a period of two weeks on 29.11.2021 in Crl.MP.No.12316 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10796 of 2021 to execute sureties. Now the petitioners, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.
