This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1555 days in representing the above second appeal in SA.SR.No.54343 of 2018.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to the following condition:

"the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
