Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation sent by the Petitioner dated 06.10.2016 to the Respondents and to appoint one additional Expert Member on regular basis for the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone), Chennai expeditiously.

2. The first respondent may examine the representation of the petitioner dated 6.10.2016 seeking appointment of an additional Expert Member on a regular basis to the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone) on account of difficulty in creation of the roster and the acute need for such an expert.
