ORDER
The petition is filed by the wife alleging that more than several lakhs of Rupees towards maintenance awarded by the Court, but her husband had not paid the money and hence, NBW was issued against him in M.P.No.229 of 2022 in M.C.No.50 of 2021 dated 10.06.2022. Till date, the warrant not executed.
2.When the matter came up for consideration, this Court directed the third respondent to verify why NBW could not be executed, at the time, it was reported that the accused is serious ill and securing him against his health condition by executing warrant was difficult. However, now it is reported that the husband of the petitioner had deposited a 5 laksh by way of Demand Draft before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai on 02.12.2023 and NBW issued was recalled on surrender.
