This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 30.06.2025 wherein the petitioner is objecting to the shifting of the existing EB pillar post in front of the petitioner's pathway, which according to the petitioner is the only access leading to her property.

2. Heard Mr.R.Gokul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the representation made by the petitioner will be considered by the third respondent and the decision will be conveyed to the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and taking note of the photographs relied upon by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and ensure that the EB pillar box does not in anyway cause hindrance to the petitioner's usage of the pathway, which is already in existence. The third respondent shall respond to the petitioner in this regard within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
