3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the order in C.No.167 of 2021 dated 30.12.2021 by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for the present.
