The miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order of acquittal of A2 to A4 dated 12.04.2024 passed in SPl.SC.No.25 of 2019 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Court at Ariyalur.

The learned Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 raised objections for condoning the delay.
