Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the Respondents 5 and 6 and direct them to remove the illegal encroachment in Survey No.33, V.Mavilangai Village, Hamlet of Periyavadakarai Revenue Village, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District as per the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Tanks and Eviction of Encroachment Act 2007.
