This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective respondents.
3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 304 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission along with the appeal filed by the 1st respondent/claimant which is pending in C.M.P.No.22818 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.120769 of 2024 in due course.
