O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 16.06.2022 to measure and demarcate the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.387/3E, Patta No.6761 measuring an extent of 0.37 cent situated at Suchalamnatham Village, Pennagarma Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and without going into the merits of the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent/Taluk Surveyor to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2022, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing all concerned. No costs.
