2.Heard the leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.V.Rajasekaran, learned counsel appearing for R2 to R4 and R6 to R13.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the proposed parties are necessary for effective disposal of the matter, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
