Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015 and consequently direct the respondents to name transfer the Patta in the petitioner's name in respect of land in Survey No.374/3, measuring an extent of 0.75 cents, situate at Chinnampalli Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.
