The petition has been filed to relax the condition stated in paragraph 3 of the order in Crl.M.P.No.4632/2023 in Crl.O.P.No.305/2023 dated 11.04.2023 directing the petitioner to attend all hearings fixed before the Trial Court without fail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the fact that the investigation was also completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and considering the nature of offence involved in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
