This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14521 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police, is relaxed in toto.
