The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to forthwith consider and pass orders on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2019 and consequently forbear the second respondent from registering any fraudulent documents of the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of the properties of the petitioner in Survey No.223/2A1A1A2, (New Field No37/2) and Survey No.223/2A1A1A2, (New Field No.37/25) situated at New Beach Road, Thiruvanmiyur Village, Mylapore - Triplicane Taluk, Chennai South District, Chennai.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made complaint to the official respondents in 2/4
terms of Circular dated 08.11.2017 and Circular dated 31.07.2018, however, the same has not yet been considered. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2019, within a reasonable time frame.
3.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the official respondents to dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2019 made in terms of Circular dated 08.11.2017 and Circular dated 31.07.2018, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 26.10.2022 pri Speaking Order/ Non Speaking Order 3/4
