The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 3(1)(R)(5), 3 (2)(Va) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Ordnance, 2014, seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, to consider the petitioners bail applications on the same day in Crime No.328 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surrender before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on merits and pass appropriate orders.
