This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every monday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9841 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9682 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offences involved and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
