O R D E R

This Criminal Revision has been filed challenging the order passed

in Crl.MP.No.26760 of 2024 in CC.No.2353 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore dated 09.04.2025, thereby cancelling the bail granted to the petitioner. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused, all the materials available on record.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in crime no.115 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420 r/w 109 of IPC. Subsequently, he was granted default bail on certain conditions. Though the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed while granting bail, during the period complying with the said conditions, he involved in several cases i.e. crime Nos.274 of 2023, 318 of 2023, CCB Cr.Nos.30 of 2015, 104 of 2011, 134 of 2011 on the file of the Ramanathapuram Police Station; crime No.546 of 2023 on the fie of the Peelamedu Police Station; Crime No.16 of 2018 on the file of the Pothanur Police Station; crime No.1116 of 2021 on the file of the Saravanampatti Police Station; and crime No.128 of 2023 on the file of the Ukkadam Police Station. Therefore, the respondent filed petition to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner in crime No.115 of 2018. Considering the

petitioner's involvement in the aforesaid criminal cases while complying with the imposed conditions, the trial court rightly cancelled the bail granted to him. As such, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. 4.

In view of the above discussion, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial court for regular bail.
