(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to vacate the order of interim stay granted by this court on 24.08.2023 in CMP. No.19364 of 2023 in OSA No.153 of 2023.

2.As agreed by both the parties, the matter is directed to be posted before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court for exploring the possibilities of settlement on 16.11.2023, on which date, the parties shall present along with their learned counsel for mediation. 3.List the matter on 30.11.2023 along with the mediation report. 4.In the meanwhile, the petitioner / appellant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees two crores only) to the credit of C.S. SR. No. 72655 of 2023 on the file of this Court, on or before 30.11.2023. 5.Subject to compliance of the above stated direction, this vacate stay petition stands closed.
