ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH.J.,] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant ordinary leave without escort to the petitioner's husband viz., Archunan, Son of Govindhan, Convict No.16654, now confined in Central Prison, Salem.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Convict Prisoner viz., Archunan (Convict Prisoner No.ENR No.946) Son of Govindhan, has been granted 21 days Ordinary Leave by the proceedings of the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons, Coimbatore Range, Coimbatore, dated 16.11.2022. A copy of the proceedings was furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
