This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell, Tiruvannamalai.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in this case and the same has been taken cognizance by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvannamalai, in C.C.No.284 of 2020. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is recorded. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
