ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 09.02.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.NIL of 2016 in C.C.No.196 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, and consequently, release the petitioner forthwith. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
