Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein in A.Thi.Mu.No.2996/A5/2014 dated 18.07.2014, quash the same, and further direct the respondents herein to sanction 3rd incentive increment to the petitioner for acquiring M.Phil Degree with effect from the date of passing of M.Phil degree, viz., May 2009.
