The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 25.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17550 of 2024 that the petitioner except on the court hearing dates shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of three months and shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
