Earlier, this court by an order dated 26.09.2024 granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that each petitioners shall deposit the a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twentylakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2024 within a period of eight weeks and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent and learned counsel for intervenor appeared.

3. Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent appeared and submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition as directed by this court. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner. 1/3

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering that the fact that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this court, this Court is inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners and the respondent police is directed to take steps as per manner known to law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
