O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide the necessary police protection to the petitioner along with her family members against the third to eleventh respondents based on her representation dated 13.09.2019.

2. Heard Mr.G.Kartheeban, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first and second respondents police.

3. A perusal of the complaint filed by the petitioner would reveal that the neighbour of the petitioner is indulging in unlawful activities with the petitioner and her three girl https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

children. Hence, considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the respondents 3 to 11 and proceed in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
