This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in C.M.P.No.4639 of 2022, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore District vide order dated 19.9.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.4639 of 2022 on 19.09.2022 with a condition that the petitioners are directed to sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 15 days. He further submitted that the petitioners are the residents of Namakkal, thereby, he seeks for modification of the condition.

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.M.P.No.4639 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022, is modified as follows and the other conditions remains unaltered.

" The petitioners are directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Namakkal Town Police Station, Namakkal, on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months."
