2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.68 of 2016 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.19 of 2016 was also served.
