This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 613 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Mr.A.Ganesan takes notice for the respondent and he has some objection in allowing the petition.
4. Even though some reasons have been stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this court is inclined to allow this petition only on terms. This petition is ordered and the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as costs to the respondent through the learned counsel for the respondent within a period of two weeks from today.
5. Registry, on verification of the proof of payment, is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
