This petition has been filed to modify the condition order in Para No.6(b), the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm for the period of six weeks and thereafter whenever required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.21240 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
