The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2019, 19.03.2020 and 26.07.2021 consequently take necessary action against the erring revenue officials who are responsible for issuing bogus death certificate.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. Recording the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
