Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification issued by the 1st
respondent herein under sub section(1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 in G.O.Ms.No.14, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 25.02.2014 in so far as the petitioner's land in survey numbers 3/1 and 7A/1 to 7A/6 to an extent of 4.38.5 Hectares (10 Acres and 82 Cents) in 104, Allinjalpattu Village, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District is concerned and the connected order dated 27.07.2015 issued by the 6th respondent under section 4(2) of the TALIP Act, directing the handing over of the possession of the lands of the petitioner to the District Collector within the time specified therein and quash the same and forbearing the respondents from taking possession of the lands belonging to the petitioner in survey numbers 3/1 and 7A/1 to 7A/6 to an extent of 4.38.5 Hectares (10 Acres and 82 Cents) in 104.Allinjalpattu Village, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District.
