Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records, relating to the petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 05.07.2025 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings Memo Cr.M.P.No.32/Black Marketer/2025 C1, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband, namely Abdullah, S/o.(Late) Pattani Mohamed, aged 45 years before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.295, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 11.08.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submissions, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
