O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District to file a Final report in connection with Crime No.2 of 2018, before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District.

2.The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report is going to be filed as 'Civil in nature'. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that RCS notice in RCS No.5 of 2019 has already been served on the defacto complainant. However, the closure report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court. 3.In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhachalam, within a period of ten days from today. Liberty is granted to the defacto complainant to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and workout his remedy in accordance with law.
