O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 07.04.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged the present complaint to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India and all the Senior Officers, and not to the jurisdictional Station House Officer as required in Section 154 of Cr.P.C., That apart, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a reading of the complaint dated 07.04.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has sold his vehicle in the year 2012 to the opposite party, and that the opposite party has not paid him the balance sale consideration.
4. In order to give criminal colour to the complaint, the petitioner has stated that the opposite party has changed the chassis number and has done various acts of fraud. The petitioner has not even given the date on which he had handed over the vehicle to the opposite party. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the first respondent police to register an FIR.
In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
