ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2016.

On a reading of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has alleged therein that his father-in-law is the owner of the property and that one Shanmugam is trying to usurp the said property besides threatening the petitioner.

The petitioner has not even stated the date on which the alleged offence has taken place. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an F.I.R.

Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed.
