This writ petition has been filed calling for the records of the impugned result dated 03.09.2024 preceded by the publication of result list dated 27.05.2024 for Original Certificate Verification (OCV), quash the same as in so far as it does not comply with the Reservation and rotation of reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, and consequently direct the respondents to call the petitioner for interview by strictly adhering to the rules of reservation for Persons with Disabilities and fill the post of Principal ITI/AD Training. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, submitted that the petitioner has been provisionally admitted for the On Screen 2/5

Certificate Verification (Phase-II) for the post of Principal, Industrial Training Institute/Assistant Director of Training in the ratio of 1:20 based on the marks secured by the petitioner in the written examination. The relevant proceedings were also placed before this Court and it is found that the Registration Number of the petitioner viz., 2701005074 has also been included in this list. 3.Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
