These applications have been filed seeking temporary injunction restraining the respondent and his men from reproducing by selling, advertising and/or offering for sale both domestic and exports by using, infringing and passing off of the impugned copy right of the plaintiff till disposal of the above suit. 2.

These applications are pending from the year 2017 and the respondent has not filed any counter.
