1. The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1192 days in filing the revision against the order dated 12.04.2016 passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.181/2016/A-5 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

2. Heard both sides. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, delay of 1192 days is condoned . The petition is ordered accordingly.

3. The Registry is directed to number the revision if papers are otherwise in order and post the revision with connected petition on 25.09.2019.
