This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.V.S.Jagadeesan, learned counsel for the first respondent.

Despite notice having been served upon the second respondent, none appears before this Court.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as the first respondent has no objections, considering the same, the delay of 95 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
