This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21216 of 2022 on 05.09.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
