ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.A.Rajeswari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 6.

2. Notice was issued under Section 7 and order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was passed. Date was fixed for eviction of the encroachment on 04.07.2023, but the same did not fructify.

3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that if there are no prohibitory orders in force, then the official respondents would proceed ahead for the execution of the order under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, preferably within a period of six weeks.
