ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tindivanam to adjudicate the case in C.C.NO.9 of 2017 as police case and proceed in accordance with law.
2.It is seen that the petitioner's son Karthikeyan, the driver of the vehicle is involved in the said accident. Mr.Karthick babu now arrayed as accused and he has been fixed as an accused.
3.Therefore Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tindivanam is directed to complete the trial in CC.No. 9 of 2017 as a police case and also considering the case of the year 2017. The above https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
