Respondents [R8 is suo motu impleaded vide order dated 11.04.2017] Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment caused by the sixth and seventh respondents over the "Kuttai Poramboke" in S.Nos.54/3 and 75 to the extent of 1.00.5 Acres to 1.23.0 acres respectively which are situated at O.Keeranur Revenue Village, Tittakudi Tlauk, Cuddalore District within a stipulated period.

ORDER

2. In the light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. As the eighth respondent has already been suo-motu impleaded as a party, W.M.P.No.13368 of 2017 is closed.
