This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.9456 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9277 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.9456 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9277 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police monthly once i.e on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above modification, this Petition is ordered.
