Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to investigate and register an FIR through the 2nd respondent on the basis of the complaint dated 24.02.2016 and take necessary action, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not attached any proof to show that he has given the said complaint dated 24.02.2016 to the respondents.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint containing the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
