This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to grant leave to file an appeal against the judgment dated 10.07.2023 made in S.T.C.No.386/2020 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodumudi.
2. Heard Mr.K. Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant contended that though the accused admitted his signature on the cheque, the trial court had observed that it is doubtful that the complainant could have lent a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the accused without any supporting documents. According to him, there are arguable points in the present appeal and therefore, prayed for allowing this petition. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
